7.1. When and How We Use Proof

We may use:

  • Written testimonials or feedback you provide
  • Screenshots of dashboards, messages, or results
  • Summaries of KPI improvements or financial outcomes

We aim to:

  • Anonymize or mask names, faces, amounts, and identifiers by default (e.g. blur names, hide sensitive numbers)

  • Only use identifying details (full names, logos, photos) when you have explicitly given us written permission

7.2. Consent for Identifiable Proof

If we want to use:

  • Your full name and/or photo
  • Your company name or logo
  • Highly specific numbers or stories that could identify you

We will ask for your consent. You can:

  • Approve with conditions (e.g. anonymize certain details)
  • Decline

7.3. Group Wins and Aggregated Learnings

We may reference:

  • Patterns across clients
  • Generic, non‑identifying examples

These are based on real or representative situations but are not meant to identify you personally.

8 Call Recordings and Transcripts

We sometimes record calls (sales calls, diagnostic calls, or sprint calls) for:

  • Note‑taking and internal review
  • Quality control and training
  • Re‑watching to design better tests and assets

9 Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for:

  • Delivering services and maintaining a relationship with you
  • Operating our business (e.g. financial records, taxes, accounting)
  • Meeting legal or regulatory obligations
  • Understanding long‑term performance and patterns

Retention periods differ by category:

  • Client/project data: kept while you’re an active or recent client and for a reasonable period after (e.g. 3–7 years)
  • Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or we consider you inactive, subject to local law.
  • Financial records: retained as required for tax and accounting (often 5–7 years or more, depending on jurisdiction).

We may keep anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Password‑protected accounts
  • Limiting access to data to those who need it
  • Using third‑party providers with their own security practices
  • Regular review of tools and access permissions

No method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to minimize risk.
